I'm really not one to ask for comments for the sake of them, but I keep hearing about how this person or that has visited my blog, and I never seem to know who. I love getting comments and I read every one of them. So please, just say hello. Or something.
I've got two more pages to show off today. Yay!

Precious
This one has totally no journalling. I don't know how I feel about that...

Daycare
"Daycare. We started you off with two times a week in the beginning of February. You seemed to enjoy interactions with people and exploring places outside of home. We didn’t want to confine you to staying at home all day and thought the experience outside might prove a welcome distraction for you, especially once your little brother arrived. We thought we had good reasons for sending you there. You were there for a total of six times and out of those (except for the first two, in which I stayed with you throughout), I was called back to the centre three times because you weren’t able to settle. You’ve never really had what the child experts call “separation anxiety”, but this experience seemed to have triggered it. It is very common for little people like you to go through the phase at one point or another, but this is this reason we’ve since decided to stop bringing you there. You know what, we’re not disappointed in you. In fact, we may have gone too far ourselves in pushing you to experience what it’s like to be independent. Perhaps it’s just not the right time. Perhaps good reasons are not enough. We’re not the best at being parents but we’re not giving up. It's our buisness to make sure you’re secure in love and relationship. And that’s what we're committed to do."
This one has got to be my new favourite! But, I feel like somehow I'm always reaching for the same old blocking techniques. Straight lines and regular shapes. I'm hoping to be a bit more experimental, maybe do a little collage-y thing or even try a shabby chic look... sounds scary! For me at least. Funny how I'm really the messiest person in real life but my layouts always come out looking so neat and straight. Anyone up to offer a psychoanalysis?

Yes, I LOVE your stuff (so much so there's a mini-tribute on my blog!!)
I like that pic of Joel with his arms raised behind him - tho' it kinda reminds me of the Guy Sebastian promo poster though...heheheh....

psychoanalysis : You did web pages before and generally webpages are quite rectangle blockish... maybe thats why...

nice layouts as always! but then i want to give particular credit to the photographs.. esp the one in daycare.. i think photographs are so important.. it makes good designs complete. so good job there! :)
